By creating an account or using vvo.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use vvo.me. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately.
Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Generate content that you have the right to create and display
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service
- Do not use automated scripts or bots to abuse the generation service
Prohibited Conduct
- Generating content that is illegal or depicts non-consensual individuals
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or private data
- Uploading or transmitting malware or malicious code
- Using the service to harass, defame, or impersonate others
- Circumventing rate limits or credit restrictions
Subscriptions, Credits & Billing
- Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor (Whop). Your credit quota resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- Top-up credits are prepaid, never expire, and are consumed before your monthly quota. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
- Credits are only deducted for images that are successfully generated. Generations with a reference image consume 2 credits per image; API usage is billed at the rate of your plan.
- Plan benefits (quota, batch size, API access, priority queue) are granted while your subscription is active and may change with reasonable notice.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then, and no partial-period refunds are issued.
- When a subscription ends or is canceled, only the monthly plan quota lapses. Prepaid top-up credits remain on your account and never expire.
- Refunds are only issued for double charges (the same payment collected more than once). If you believe you were charged twice, contact us at [email protected] with your payment details and we will verify and refund the duplicate.
- Top-up credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except in the case of a double charge.
- If a refund is issued, the benefits purchased with that payment (plan access or topped-up credits) are revoked.

All images produced by vvo.me are generated by artificial intelligence based on text prompts. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. vvo.me is not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content.
Limitation of Liability
